💡 Here are some example problem statements clients have overcome by working with Emily in 1:1 sessions:
➡️ "My team is really diverse and has amazing knowledge in their respective areas of expertise, but they butt heads A LOT when collaborating on team projects. I need help leading them in a way that promotes teamwork while honoring their unique ideas and aptitudes."
➡️ "My workplace has the "we are all family here" culture, but this really blurs work-life balance as my co-workers see work as part of their family experience. I need help setting boundaries with co-workers so that I can truly rest when I go home."
➡️ "My once superstar employee, who came to be a close friend through the job, has completely shut me out of their personal life, and I have no idea what is happening with them. I need help navigating this relationship in the workplace, as things have become really awkward since this shift in their behavior. I also would love to be their friend again, as we had a lot of fun together outside of work."
➡️ "My career has stagnated, and I am applying for new roles in the STEM industry. During interviews, I feel so awkward and struggle to represent myself as the passionate engineer, scientist, and team research lead I know I can be. I need help communicating with recruiters and potential companies in a way that shows off my skills while being true to my nerdy side, as that might make me a little awkward sometimes, but also some of those same traits make me amazing at my job."
